Information for the rest of 2022 (and beyond...)
Hope all of your holidays have started beautifully! As we come into this super busy time of year, I wanted everyone to be able to write some things on the calendar and know what's coming.
First of all, we have our next meet December 11 at 1pm. Job signs ups are available. I may have to add to those, but for now, we're covering the basics. We aren't hosting this time so I have no control over when they give me the jobs assignments! Please RSVP your kids and sign up for jobs!
Also on December 11th will be our Christmas party! Location TBA (still working on that!) but the plan is for it to be after the meet, and we will do White Elephant this year. Please keep the cost $10 or under. We hope you can all join us!! (This will be high school only)
Ray Bussard is also coming December 17th. Please go ahead and RSVP for that as well. Our team got put in charge of hospitality so I will need 3-4 parent volunteers to just cover that during the meet. All that involves is just being in the hospitality room. You can of course come out and watch your kids swim. It's kind of nice because then you get to be super close to the action!! You can go ahead and sign up for that on the website as well when you RSVP. Our board will be getting the food so our team parents really got an easy job!
We will not have practice the week of the 19th (last week of school.) Our last practice of 2022 will be on December 15th. We will start back, though, on Tuesday, January 3rd to get a head start on City Meet and State cuts!! So we will have practice Jan 3rd and 5th, the week before school starts back. We hope you'll join us if your family is in town.
We had a great time yesterday at the hike and dinner together. I hope more of you can join us for our next team building function. Our kids really are great kids, and it's fun getting to know them better!
Remember to RSVP for the 11th. Stay well and study hard these next couple of weeks!! Let me know if you have any questions. 239-734-0202. I'm adding this as a news post on the website so you can refer back to that if needed!
