Hi all! There's lot of information today so make sure you read through it all!!

Please RSVP for the meet this Sunday if you haven't. Jobs are filled!! Thank you!! The meet will be at Allan Jones with a 1 pm warm up time. Be there at 12:45 please. Worker's meeting should be around 1:45. Remember to dress warmly between events!

After the meet is our Christmas party!! 🎄 The Bubar's have graciously offered to host this year. Since we are going straight from the meet to the party, we are trying to make this easy! We will have pizza for all! Wear your favorite tacky Christmas sweater or sweatshirt and come join the fun with a White Elephant gift exchange. Keep gifts under $10 please!! If you haven't already, please RSVP on the website for the party so we'll know how much pizza to get. If anyone would like to bring Christmas cookies or another dessert, just let me know!! It would be very appreciated!

Bubar's address: 1711 Shorecove Way

Apple Maps does not recognize the address, but Google Maps does. There is a gate that closes at 6. If you get there after 6, here are the instructions:

There is a box at the gate. Push the phone icon button; Touch the name "Bubar." They will open it remotely.

Hopefully no one will be getting there after 6. The meet should end around 4:30, and we plan to go straight to the party!

RAY BUSSARD! There will be a lot of kids at this meet, y'all. And once again, it's a great opportunity to get State Cuts!! Parking will be provided in the parking garage across the street from the Aquatic Center for $10/parking pass. WE NEED TO KNOW IF YOU NEED A PASS BY TOMORROW! We have to turn in our numbers for passes along with our entries so please let me know if you'll want one. More info will be coming out about Ray Bussard, but for now, we just need to know how many parking passes!!
