The gym will be available for overflow before and during the meet, which we will need, since there are only about 5 sets of small bleachers in the pool area on one side of the pool. Let's preserve those bleachers for athletes/parents who are swimming or in the next event upcoming. Otherwise, swimmers and parents who are not competing within a few events or are not volunteering should stay in the gym as much as possible. We will have a gym monitor, with a white board in tow, keeping families abreast of what participants need to make their way into the pool area and what swimmers are currently swimming.

If parents bring chairs to use in the gym or at the pool, please place a towel or blanket underneath them

The pool area gets quite chilly this year, even for spectators. So swimmers will want to make sure they have towels and warm clothes. The pool temp is kept at 82 degrees, but the outside air is cool.
